Article Creation Guidelines

  • The publisher does not guarantee that submitted articles will be published. These guidelines are designed to help us select the most relevant articles for our readers.

  • Articles should include the title, an abstract, the author’s name, and a recent high-resolution (HD) profile picture.

  • Content should focus on industry interests rather than brand promotion. If a product or brand name is mentioned, the piece may be treated as an advertisement rather than an article. Please ensure the article adheres to the following rules:

    • The word limit for an article is 1,500 words (without pictures or graphics) or 1,000 words (with pictures or graphics).
    • All statistics must be accompanied by a reliable source.
    • The article must be original and unpublished. If it has been previously published, the author is responsible for obtaining permission to republish it and must inform the publisher accordingly.
    • The article should not be published in any other publication two months before or after it appears in any of our magazines.
    • All authors should include their full titles and affiliations.
    • References should be formatted according to a standard style and listed in order of appearance at the end of the document.
    • Please provide detailed captions for all included graphics.

Guidelines for Press Release

  • Publication Guarantee: The publisher does not guarantee that the submitted press release will be published.
  • Content Requirements: The press release should include a title, release date, and venue, with a word limit of 600 words.
  • Editorial Rights: The editor reserves the right to amend the content of the press release.
  • Image Usage: The use of images is entirely at the publisher’s discretion.

Guidelines for New Appointment

  • Publication Guarantee: The publisher does not guarantee that the submitted new appointment announcement will be published.
  • Content Requirements: The announcement should include a picture of the new appointee, with a word limit of 300 words.
  • Editorial Rights: The editor reserves the right to amend the content of the new appointment announcement.

  • The publisher accepts no responsibility for the submitted content or images. By posting content or images, you acknowledge that they become the property of the publisher. You agree to grant and assign to the publisher and its affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license, including the right to sub-license.

  • You may terminate your account at any time. However, please note that your information may remain stored in our server archives even after your account is deleted or terminated. The publisher reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or discontinue any or all content at any time without prior notice. The publisher may also make modifications or alterations to any content, products, or services on the site without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to you via email for your reference and to help you understand your responsibilities as a user.

  • The publisher reserves the right to remove or modify submitted images at its sole discretion.
